What is immune system?
The immune system is a host defense system that includes many biological structures and processes within an organism that protects against disease. Even simple unicellular organisms such as bacteria possess an underdeveloped immune system in the form of enzymes that protect against bacteriophage infection.
When their child becomes ill, who enjoys it? No one does When we had our youngest child, his immune system was terrible, and he caught everything. All this was related to his health, due to which he was not able to sleep well, and this reduced his immunity. We all need a good night’s sleep to stay healthy. However, children need about 10–12 hours of sleep each night to keep their immune system strong and healthy. It is one thing that I am so grateful to always be able to provide for my children through their homeschooling years, because whenever their sleeping hours are messed up, and they are not getting more than 8 hours of sleep, So they are bound to get sick quickly, Sleep is a learned behavior that we carry into adulthood, it makes sense that teaching your child the importance of getting enough sleep will benefit them later in life.
The immune system was thought of as a defensive army fighting any invaders who dared to cross their borders. As our understanding of our bodies has improved, however, we have learned that we are literally working with foreign germs, many of which allow our bodies to perform important functions such as food digestion or nutrient transfer. Work in symbiosis with K cells.
Take vitamin C
Do not underestimate vitamin C, a powerhouse in support of a healthy immune response. Vitamin C accumulates in some immune cells that help build our defensive team. Interestingly, the vitamin is also stored in the adrenal glands, where it is used to make stress hormones. Make sure that your child drinks enough water. In fact, there is no need for juice, carbonated drinks, hydration drinks etc. If the child is offered water when he is thirsty, they will almost certainly be hydrated. Unlike other liquid alternatives, this will not interfere with their appetite. A properly hydrated body is an efficient body that will support digestion and absorption of nutrients from food. Enough vitamins and minerals are necessary to support a healthy immune system.
